Description : The civil and structural engineering works include:

• 20 acres of reclamation
• 800 metres of shore protection
• 370 metres vehicular approach bridge
• 200 metres by 22 metres wide platform
• breasting & mooring dolphins and navigational facilities for cruise ships of up to 50,000 displacement tonnage, and ro-ro for vehicular catamaran of 1,200 displacement tonnage
• access roads
• hotel infrastructure works

Services Provided : Soil investigation, hydraulic studies, preliminary & detail engineering designs, contract documentation, tender evaluation and construction supervision.
